COURSE DESCRIPTION This course is designed for those who are interested in having an understanding about the Chinese culture from a comparative point of view in contrast with the Western culture. In this course, you will have a basic understanding of the Chinese history, its traditional customs and childhood stories etc. At the same time, it aims to provide a holistic vision about the Chinese language by means of a brief but interesting introduction of the history and structure of the Chinese written characters.
