KLiX 93 is a young company but with a lot of history.

Our experience in the international communications and trade dated back to the year 1993, when one of the founders of the company, Kaman Chan, started her studies in the linguistic and communicative behaviors of the people of different geographical areas in the Department of Anthropology in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Kaman then worked as a researcher in a consumer study agency in Hong Kong during the following five years, where she participated in the projects of various multinational consumer brands such as Coca-Cola, Danone, San Miguel and Unilever. These projects intended to define the sales and promotion strategies of different products in China. Afterwards, she worked as the in-house market researcher and copywriter of IKEA Hong Kong.

Also in 1993, Lixia Wang, the other founder of the company, graduated in the international trade school of the Bejing Technology and Business University. She then started her career in the trade department of the AOC computer monitor manufacturing company "Beijing Oriental Top Victory Electronics Co., Ltd.". Three years later, she changed her job and worked in the Spanish construction machinery trade company "COMEX (Spain) Group Beijing Office" as translator and trade and business development project advisor.

The road of the two of them crossed in 2006 in a Spanish consultant firm Atifworld in Barcelona where they worked together, the place where the idea of KLiX 93 was born.

Today, they have been in charge of more than one thousand pages of Spanish - English - Chinese translations, and have successfully transformed the messages sent out by the Spanish companies or organizations into lively materials which can breathe and talk to their Chinese target audience. At the same time, the number of their Chinese language students is growing everyday. Their present students include those who work for companies with quick and solid expansion in China in the past few years.
